Tax deductions for donations to goodwill?

I cleaned out my attic last year and donated over half of my stuff to goodwill. There were boxes of clothes, bags and boxes of toys, comforter sets, bag of shoes, lamps, tv stand, bag of winter coats and gloves, and also in that donation, I just let them keep my tupperware bins that some of the things were in. I can't figure out how to price all of these things to estimate a deduction. Any guidelines out there? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!! Just FYI this was the first time I cleaned out my attic since my fist child was born 7 years ago, so there was a LOT of stuff.
I do have 2 receipts for the different times I went. The one time I got 1 receipt for 3 carloads for and the other time I got a receipt for 2 carloads full.
