Most natural birth control methods?

I'm 23 and have never been on the pill or used any other form of birth control.
I've been with my partner for 3 years and we've been lucky so far, but I'm afraid of pushing it any further cos I really don't want children.

I'm very into natural medicine and a holistic lifestyle and try not to put chemical medicines into my body as much as possible.

I tried Natural Family Planing the sympto thermal method, where you take your basal temperature each morning at the same time to determine when you fertile, but it is hard for me to remember and also my schedule varies a lot from day to day and doing it the same time after 3 solid hours of sleep is almost impossible for me.

I've been hesitant about the pill and it's risks, but I honestly dont know that much about my options. Anyone have advise or info for me? Thanks. =)

Im same way, im 24 and I hate putting chemical medicines into my body. I have 2 children already and not wanting baby 3 for awhile. My doctor prescribed me ORTHO TRI-CYCLEN LO birth control and its been sitting in my cabinet because im also afraid of the risks and side affects of birth control pills. There is a over the counter birth control -(spermicied it kills sperm on contact)- called Encare (Vaginal Contraceptive Gel or cream) its like a cream shaped as a bullet and you put it up inside your Virgina, iv used it many many times and never failed...you could also get it in a film its called VCF Vaginal Contraceptive Film you fold it and do the same thing.
