how do i hang a heavy bag in my basement ?

i would like to hang a heavy bag in my basement. my rafters are exposed. i purchased an Everlast heavy bag hanger that fits between the rafters, but this particular hanger is made for a 2"x8" rafter. the rafters in my basement are 2"x6 1/2 ". i saw other heavy bag hangers but i feel as though they're not able to support my 100 lb. bag. the Everlast hanger fits snug between the rafter with an arch design which strenghtens it. i would like something similar. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

the rafter/beam may collapse. For insurance, from the existing rafter, add another 2"x6 1/2". remember, the bar is swinging when hit, so, your forces will be in many angles.
