Red yeast rice is rice that has been fermented by the addition of yeast to red rice and is incorporated into many natural dietary supplements. Looking for honest opinions on these exercise machines, for the best results for what they are claiming.?
I am interested in purchasing some exercising machines, that seem like they would hit the target spots that I need. The 3 that I like are - AB Lounge Ultra, Tony Little's Gazelle Edge, and the RED exerciser. If you have any of these, please let me know what you think of them? I really appreciate all the comments I can get. Thanks.
Well if you use them you will get excercise and thats what counts but, as most of us know. They get used in the first month or so then they become expensive clothes hangers.
I have tried the AB Lounge and didn't care for it. I weigh 220 lbs and it was not very sturdy. Sit ups are just as effective. I tried the Gazelle and in my opinion, its not worth the money, you can walk and do lundges and get the same affect.
Good luck.
