Extreme Iron Pull

need help organizing a workout routine?
Last night I bought a Iron gym Extreme pul up bar (the multi pull up bar that fits on your doorframe)
i was dissappointed when the box didnt have a workout routine or anything (im new to working out) sadface
could someone organize an effect workout routine for me that contentrate on my chest, back, tris, bis, shoulders and abs? (apparently i can hit every muscle group with the pullup bar, as it has about 6 different gribs, pluss you can take it to the floor for dips, crunches and pushup) Thank you very much
I got one too and got a pretty good routine. First go to like Dicks sporting goods and get the ab straps these have outstanding effects. once you get these pull your legs up to your chest then straighten them out do like 15-20 these help abs. then do as many pullups as you can on the middle bars that face you. then a few of the flat middle bars. these work mostly biceps. do abbt 15 to 20 dips these work your triceps and a little bit of your pecs. Then i do around 50 situps with the bar in the doorway. if you want you can do the push ups on the widest bars. this works your pecs a lot too
Extreme workout: one arm chinups and pushups, front & back levers, iron cross...etc
