for a beginner kickboxer? Should I do this everyday or allow the swelling to recuperate?
just keep doing it....it happened to me my first couple of kickboxing classes. it is gonna be like that for the first couple of days, but once you get used to it, you should be ok
now i dont even really feel it anymore
