The key to success with exercises for face toning and tightening is to do exercises that work the right muscles in your face to lift and firm your skin. By intentionally activating those muscles, we get blood flowing through them and they can take on a toned, balanced appearance. Facial exercise techniques are you going to use a variety of different muscle stretches as well as tension exercises in order to return the youthful appearance of the face. Looking good and young is not easy especially when one grows in age. But the application of the right facial exercise can somewhat delay the process and make one appreciate beauty.

How can I exercise to lose more fat than the amount of muscle gained?
Ive been working out and I just keep gaining weight ( and no I havent been increasing the amount I eat, which in itself isnt much). I know that when you exercise you gain muscle along with burning fat and it seems I keep gaining muscle...which discourages me when i go to weigh myself after a hard week of working out only to discover I've gained weight. Does anyone know how i could burn more fat instead of packing on so much muscle?

Try supplement your weight training with a good cardio training. If you are constantly lifting weights then you are going to gain muscle mass. use higher reps and lower weight maybe try a circuit training program. Try not weighing yourself after a workout because the muscles swell from the blood and water giving you a false reading also try and go a week or two between weigh in's and weigh first thing in the morning.
