Speed bag loose help?
My speed bag is mounted on my wall with the everlast mount set up. I nailed a piece of plywood against the wall and then nailed the platform with the speed bag onto that. It seems everytime I hit it, it shakes. The bolts are as tight as I can get them. I've tried putting weights ontop but they don't really work. I did see a set up with a wire connected tothe ceiling above the platform holding it up. I need advice. Thanks.
