3 Points Why You Should Progress to P90x Exercise Band Green

When you are following all the routines in a P90X Fitness Program, you will notice that there is a gradual increase in the levels of resistance as you progress. With the resistance training exercise this is necessary to keep your muscles on their toe. This is how the principle of “Muscle Confusion” is applied. By constantly changing the resistance levels your muscles are kept active and won’t get used to the same level of intensity. This prevents what we call Plateau where the muscle has gotten so used to the activity that there is actually no improvement to the muscle’s development. You need to vary the load and strain on your muscle to force it to be active all the time! It won’t have the time to adapt to your routines!

Now as you progress you’ll notice that the 30 lbs or 35 lbs bands don’t seem to offer much resistance as before. This means you can easily handle the load now, so it’s time to progress. Is it better to use free weights OR bodyweight and resistance band exercises .. 10 poinds ?

Question pretty much says it all .. which is one is better to use ?!

They all have their benefits and there really isnt any draw back to any of them.
Resistance bands sometimes can limit your range of motion but other than that, they are great.....>
