Best workout DVD set for an athlete?

I tried p90x and it was incredibly easy, I was screaming at Tony Horton to pick it up the entire time. A guy at work mentioned Insanity(from the same company).

Yes, I did p90x properly, and yes, it WAS easy. All of it.

I train constantly. P90x is for people who have done nothing physically.

yea, definitely try insanity. my friend started seeing results in 2 weeks! look it up on youtube to get a feel of what it will be like before spending a ridiculous amount of money for something that wont work for you.
