This is why I believe that most men should definitely get into facial exercises, as this is the only way that you can truly build a nice, gorgeously well built and highly masculine face!
Now before you go on thinking that it's just that easy and simple, let's take a closer look at what you'll need to do to ensure maximum results.
For maximum results, I'd highly recommend that you combine some sort of regular fitness regime also daily. A highly efficient practice that I highly recommend is interval cardio fitness. Interval training is the new way to burn fat and calories more effectively. Not just that, but interval training also helps spike up your metabolism to metaphoric proportions!
But how is this you might ask? Well with interval training, you are actually revving up your metabolism to record breaking altitudes!
A great way that I would recommend that you do it is to start with a simple 5 minute warm up, and then after this is done, you start accelerating as FAST as you possibly can safely go for about 1 to 2 minutes.Then you bring it back down to normal pace for another 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse and repeat. That's it! Continue by doing some weight training, working all major muscle groups and then within a week you should see results!
With this plan, there is no way that you could possibly fail on your mission to create the perfectly sculpted, chiseled jawline from men's face exercises... starting in just a week!

Can't Spike my hair anymore (MEN)!!?
I got problem with Spiking my hair, I could do it before but now my hair is a mess they dont listen to me lol! I cant keep them in place when i gel them or wax. Any tips fellow yahoo members?? Btw im a guy!
Time to switch to a new product then! Pomades, rubber, and clays are a notch stronger than gel/wax. I recommend gatsby moving rubber, it's strong and can still be manipulated whenever you want without hardening.
also, maybe your hair just got longer making your hair heavier??? If you have medium length hair (or even short hair) you can use a hair straightener to make it "lighter"
