Vibration Platform Machine
Would this get me fit?
Ok im 15 and i weigh about 70 - 80Kg. I have love handles and tiny man tits. I have 2 5kg weights and an ab king pro also a machine that works on back and shoulders. I am going to get a vibration platform. If i used the platform for 6 hours a day and used the weights on top of that with the machines how long would it take for me to see results. I am also eating healthy. Oh and i run.
By the way i don't care if i actually am fit i just want to look it.
