ZUMBA Workout & Weight Loss?
Hey people !!! I just want to see posts of success stories..with Zumba Video workouts...
Who started it, and continued..and progressed in weight loss, did u use some type of nutritional diet, or omitted some foods in your diet, and how much weight was lost????

I am a former couch potato that fell in love with Zumba in August of 2005. (I had a baby via c-section March 2005.) Then in February 2006 I became a certified Zumba instructor but due to an incisional hernia I had to have surgery and couldn't Zumba from April-August 2006. I restarted Zumba in September of 2006 and only did it 1X per week until January when I began teaching a class and now I do Zumba 2X's per week. Since August I have lost 10 lbs just by doing Zumba, but honestly, most of that came off since January.
Zumba is fantastic! I now get paid to exercise! Zumba is more like a party then a workout. Since I started doing Zumba my outlook on life has changed. I feel confident and when I see the weight loss and get compliments I feel great!
P.S. I don't deserve the weight loss because I have eaten tons of Halloween, Christmas, Valentines and now Easter candy!
